Nexus N2K-C2000 series switches
Nexus N2K-C2248TP and N2K-C2248TP-E switches
there are two different options for the N2K-C2248 nexus switch. The standard version (N2K-C2248TP / N2K-C2248TP-1GE) and an enhanced version (N2K-C2248TP-E / N2K-C2248TP-E-1GE). the difference is the buffer memory size of 32MB for the enhanced version.
both versions appear with two partnumbers basically describing the same part.
the config partnumers leaving you the airflow options (N2K-C2248TP / N2K-C2248TP-E) and the chassis partnumbers (N2K-C2248TP-1GE / N2K-C2248TP-E-1GE):
N2K-C2248TP = N2K-C2248TP-1GE (48x100/1000-T+4x10GE), airflow/power option
N2K-C2248TP-E = N2K-C2248TP-E-1GE (48x100/1000-T+4x10GE), airflow/power option
