GLC-T - 1000 Base T and GLC-T - 10/100/1000 Base T

There are some Cisco Switches which support GLC-T's and SFP-GE-T's supporting 10/100/1000 ethernet.

even if you are using the right GLC / SFP (NES-GLC-TC).
