GLC-T - 1000 Base T and GLC-T - 10/100/1000 Base T

There are some Cisco Switches which support GLC-T's and SFP-GE-T's supporting 10/100/1000 ethernet.

nesevo offers 10/100/1000 GLC-T's and SFP-GE-T's under the reference NES-GLC-TC and NES-SFP-TC

on all other equipment (even all catalyst and cisco7600 series linecards etc.) you will get the following message when trying to negotiate the speed:

Router(config-if)#speed nonegotiate
Command not allowed because GBIC is 1000BaseT

even if you are using the right GLC / SFP (NES-GLC-TC).
