  • Connect to the device via serial console
  • If it asks for a username, the default is cisco with password Cisco
  • At the command prompt, type enable
  • Enter the enable password, the default is Cisco
  • Paste in the configuration commands
  • Save it by typing reload. No explicit saving necessary.
  • You can check the IP configuration of the AP by typing show capwap ip config
