Step 1: Hold the MODE button on the switch while powering on the switch

Step 2: Hold until the light on Port 1 Goes off

Step 3: From the ROM menu type: flash_init

Step 4: From the ROM menu type: load_helper

Step 5: From the ROM menu type: delete flash:/config.text

Step 6: From the ROM menu type: boot

Step 7: After successfully booting up you can delete the configuration with the following 2 commands:

  • en
  • write erase
